Main Challenges

One of the biggest challenges was integrating several very different services into one clean, intuitive experience. Each service — especially the emergency response — had to be easy and usable. We also had to build real-time collaboration between drivers, restaurants, and the admin team, with high safety standards built in.

Apptech Solution

We developed a user-confronting application that empowers people to: - Order rides (instant or book-ahead) - Trigger an emergency alert by triple-clicking on the power button - sharing authorities their current location, and automatically detecting risky route changes - Order food with a smooth transition from discovery to tracking delivery
There were supporting apps developed for drivers and restaurant staff, each tailored to their own needs — receiving orders, managing orders, assigning deliveries, etc. All of these systems are reportable to a central admin panel that offers full visibility and operational management.
